In accordance with Spanish and European consumer protection laws, you have the right to return products purchased from our website within 14 days of receipt, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to return the product within the 14-day period. You then have an additional 14 days from the date of notification to return the product to us.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged
  • Books must be returned in their original packaging if possible
  • The product must not show signs of use, such as highlighting, notes, or damage to pages
  • Any promotional materials or gifts included with the order must be returned as well

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to offer a partial refund if the product shows signs of use.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

4. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is generally the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • We sent you an incorrect item
  • The product significantly differs from its description on our website

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs upon receipt of the returned item.

5. Refund Process

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process once you receive the item.

10. Refunds for Our Curated Reading Collection Service

For our Curated Catholic Reading Collection service (priced at €19.99), the following refund terms apply:

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your collection
  • All books in the collection must be returned in original, unused condition
  • The personalized reading guide and any included materials must also be returned
  • Partial returns of individual books from the collection are not accepted

11. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

12. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • First, check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted
  • Contact your bank, as there may be processing time before a refund is posted
